2. Will there be a demo?
There is now a free demo available through Steam. It comes with a few single player levels and has a 3 minute time limit on multiplayer.
3. What will the game cost?
The game costs $15(plus tax) through Steam. The price in other currencies depends on the exchange rate when you buy it.

Yes. At Steam you can only pay with credit card. Maybe there will be another way later...
